David BledsoePresident of Henry Resources Read Bio
David Bledsoe President of Henry Resources Experience: Mr. Bledsoe has 33 years of oil and gas experience. He joined Henry in 2007 after spending 6 years at Oxy in the Business Development group. Prior to his time with Oxy, Mr. Bledsoe worked 11 years for Bass Enterprises, where he served as Division Engineering Manager. David began his career as a production engineer for Amoco Production Company before moving to Amoco’s reservoir group. Mr. Bledsoe has extensive experience in management and business development and has broad experience in reservoir, production and completion engineering roles, including primary reservoirs, secondary waterfloods and tertiary CO2 floods in West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico.
Degree: Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mechanical Engineering, University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Bledsoe is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Associations: David serves on the Board of Directors for Henry, Midland Fair Havens, Permian Basin Petroleum Association and the United Way of Midland Self Sufficiency Panel.
R. Danny CampbellChief Development Officer Read Bio
R. Danny Campbell Chief Development Officer Experience: Mr. Campbell has 37 years of oil & gas industry and banking experience. He joined Henry in May 2007. Danny began his career with ARCO, where he worked on assignments in the Permian Basin, SE New Mexico, San Juan Basin, Alaska, and East Texas. Danny joined Parker & Parsley, now Pioneer Natural Resources, in 1994 as Sr. Reservoir Engineer. At Parker & Parsley, Danny served on the Acquisition Team and as Operations Engineering Supervisor and was appointed Acquisition and Divestiture Manager for the Permian Division of Pioneer in 1998. Following his time at Pioneer, Danny worked as Executive Vice President for Chase Bank where he had oversight of the bank’s Permian Basin Energy Team providing financial services and energy lending. Mr. Campbell left banking briefly to serve as General Manager Permian Basin for CMS Oil and Gas during 2001 and 2002,. He returned to the financial world as Executive Vice President with Community National Bank, a Midland based bank serving oil and gas independents in the Permian Basin. Mr. Campbell served as a board member of the bank and the holding company until joining Henry.
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University. Mr. Campbell is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
Associations: Danny serves on the Board of Trustees for the Permian Basin Petroleum Association, and the board of directors for City Bank Lubbock, Midland’s National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a member of the Church Counsel and a deacon at First Baptist Church.
Michel E. CurryVice President of Land & Sr. Counsel Read Bio
Michel E. Curry Vice President of Land & Sr. Counsel Experience: Mr. Curry joined Henry Resources in September 2014, and supervises all oil and gas legal work and land functions for the company. He is a former shareholder of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, PC, Midland, Texas, where he was engaged in the private practice of oil and gas law for 25 years. Prior to law school, Mr. Curry worked as an independent petroleum landman and in-house as a contract landman for Texaco Inc. Mr. Curry’s experience and legal practice covers most facets of the petroleum industry, with particular emphasis on producing property transactions, oil and gas contracts, exploration agreements, and title matters.
Degree: Bachelor of Science, University of Texas; Juris Doctor cum laude, Texas Tech University School of Law. Mr. Curry is admitted to practice in Texas and New Mexico, is Board Certified in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is also a Certified Professional Landman (“CPL”).
Associations: Mike is a former chair of the American Association of Professional Landmen (“AAPL”) Forms Committee, and participated in drafting the 1987 (Horizontal Modifications) and 2015 Model Form Operating Agreements. He has also served as President (2018-19) of AAPL and as a director, as assistant chair of the NAPE Operator’s Committee and is a past president and director of the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association,. Mr. Curry has served on the State Bar of Texas Council for the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section and is a frequent lecturer and author on oil and gas subjects. Mr. Curry was selected in 2012, 2013 and 2014 as a Super Lawyer in Energy & Natural Resources Law.
Loy HelmChief Financial Officer Read Bio
Loy Helm Chief Financial Officer Experience: Mr. Helm has over 35 years experience in private and public accounting. He joined Henry in 2008. Loy began his accounting career with Grant Thornton. He has also worked for Flag Redfern Oil Company and served as a Tax Partner with Shrode Creech & Tabb PLLC for more than 10 years. Mr. Helm has broad experience in all aspects of oil and gas accounting and taxation, business structuring, and acquisition and divestiture planning. Mr. Helm’s responsibilities for Henry include managing the company’s oil and gas hedging program.
Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting summa cum laude, Abilene Christian University. Mr. Helm is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant, a Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning and a Registered Investment Advisor.
Associations: Loy is a past President of the Institute of Management Accountants Permian Basin Chapter and is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA and IMA. He has served and been involved with non-profit organizations as a board member or in various other volunteer capacities.
William (Billy) BledsoeOperations Manager Read Bio
William (Billy) Bledsoe Operations Manager Experience: Mr. Bledsoe has 40 years of oil and gas experience. Billy joined Henry Resources in 2007. Billy began his career working for Amoco in the Permian Basin, remaining with the large secondary and tertiary assets as they were sold to Altura Energy Ltd, and eventually to Oxy. He held positions of increasing responsibility with these companies, in production, reservoir, capital project development, implementation and asset management. Prior to joining Henry, Mr. Bledsoe served as Oxy’s Southern Permian Basin Reservoir Management Team Leader with responsibility for multiple functional, operational and technical organizations, operating and expanding waterfloods, CO2 floods, and the implementation of large drilling, exploitation and facility projects in those assets.
Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management and Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, University of Texas.
Associations: Mr. Bledsoe is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and a former board of directors member and treasurer of SPE Permian Basin. Forrest CollierEngineering Manager Read Bio
Forrest Collier Engineering Manager Experience: Mr. Collier has 33 years of oil and gas experience. He first joined Henry in 2006 and has served in various engineering and operations roles. Forrest left Henry briefly in 2008 as part of the sale of Henry Petroleum to COG Operating. He rejoined the Henry team in 2010. Prior to joining Henry, Mr. Collier worked as an engineer for Burlington Resources and for Mobil Exploration & Producing U.S. where he had engineering, operations, planning, and management assignments. Forrest has co-authored several technical papers on topics including artificial lift, horizontal wells in waterfloods, and electrical cost optimization.
Degree: Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering, Texas A&M University.
Associations: Forrest currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Springboard Center. Throughout his career, he has been active in the Society of Petroleum Engineers (“SPE”), the Southwest Oilman's Tennis Tournament, and First Baptist Church of Midland.
Misty ClaryInvestment Portfolio Manager Read Bio
Misty Clary Investment Portfolio Manager Experience: Ms. Clary has 16 years of banking and investment experience. She joined Henry in 2011. Misty began her career at Security State Bank as a commercial loan underwriter/credit analyst. Ms. Clary ultimately became Loan Department Credit Manager for the Bank and managed all loan operations including loan processing, loan asset compliance, and regulatory reporting. Misty became Vice President of Energy and Commercial Lending for Community National Bank in 2006, where she remained until joining Henry. Misty’s responsibilities at Henry include development and management of the Henry alternative investment portfolio, including business development, investment underwriting, asset management, portfolio allocation management and capital forecasting with emphasis in public market assets, private equity, real estate, and merchant banking.

Patrick CohornGeoscience & Business Development Manager Read Bio
Patrick Cohorn Geoscience & Business Development Manager Experience: Mr. Cohorn has 14 years of oil and gas experience. He joined Henry in 2015. Mr. Cohorn began his career as a geologist with Bold Energy, LP in 2005, in the Roswell, NM office. After the sale of the Morrow Gas focused Bold Energy, LP to Oxy in 2008, Patrick joined Bold Energy II as a Geologist and was promoted to Exploration Manager in 2011. Bold Energy II was sold to Lime Rock Resources in 2012. Patrick remained with the Bold Energy team as partner and Geological Manager for Bold Energy III until joining Henry.
Degree: Bachelor of Science, Sul Ross State University; a Master of Science, Oklahoma State University; and, a Masters of Business Administration, University of Oklahoma.

Tom WoodsideLand Manager Read Bio
Tom Woodside Land Manager Experience: Tom is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) with 12 years of oil and gas experience. He joined Henry in 2010 after two years with Chevron in their New Mexico Business Unit. Prior to Chevron, Tom served in the United States Navy from 2000-2008 as a Naval Flight Officer in E-2C Hawkeyes and is a veteran of both Iraq and Afghanistan. Tom’s responsibilities consist of all matters related to land, including property acquisitions and divestitures, business development, lease acquisition, preparing all related documents, surface matters, division orders and land administration. Tom is responsible for the day to day management of the Land Department.
Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration in Petroleum Land Management, Texas Tech University.
Associations: Tom is a member of the Permian Basin Landmen's Association, the American Association of Professional Landmen, serves as an Elder at First Presbyterian Church, and as a coach for the Greater Midland Football League and Northern Little League.
